Simone Tirelli, a florentine painter
Zazzeri exhibits his works
Since the 1st of July 2015, Rubinetterie Zazzeri hosts into its showroom some of the works by the Florentine painter Simone Tirelli. It will be possible to see these works till the 31st of December 2015
The work performed by this artist is characterized by something which is not that conventional, which does not concern mainly the formal substance of the drawing but rather the technique of execution. All his works are made in a digital way and with a capacitive nib.
The digital source has its own intrinsic peculiarity, the spreadsheet may have any dimension you are able to think of and the pen turns into a paintbrush, a pencil, a pastel, a spray-gun, a watercolor…
The material aspect is obviously the objective limit of all that, paradoxically it becomes more and more absolutely necessary. No work is really finished till the moment when it is transported on a tangible support which maybe paper, thin card, canvass or something else and this continuous and unavoidable contradiction has always in itself something unexpected and charming.
